Once the volume of information has been reduced, the documents can be analysed by the lawyers in charge. Generally, this is done manually, by taking notes; the information needed for the case is retained (witnesses, date, location, etc.) Subsequently, chronologies are established and documents classified by subject. Quite often this is a long and costly process.
